Enhance Woocommerce Store

Hello Freelancers.
We have recently created our WooCommerce Store to sell our items.
We need a specialized freelancer to help us in the following:
Update the Homepage (It has Pop-Up Window, some text, remove few sections)
Show only the items we highlight as Featured Items on the Homepage (Max of 8)
Filters are messed up and not working
Update the header menu to have Drop-Down option and remove some unused pages
Update the Homepage design
And Most Important, The website is shown on Google (3rd page) with very poor number of pages, we need someone to optimize the SEO and website visibility on Google
Also we need a tool to help us see Viewers and track the website activity
