Enhance UX in WooCommerce and add funnels for increasing sales

I have a WordPress site with woocommerce, I need to improve the checkout process, and User Experience to reach more sales. I know is not that hard, is just installing some plugins, but I need to do it now.
Also, I need to add some donation plugins, during the checkout process.
I sell eco-friendly avocado and some other fruits, also native trees, native seeds, and some ecological technologies.
I have an idea of what I want but I accept suggestions. And also I just need to talk to developers or graphic designers that can do the job directly with me.
