Enhance Food Blog for Adsense & Multi-device Usability which uses divi builder in Wordpress

Having issues with my food blog that urgently needs a skilled freelancer's attention. There are Adsense compatibility problems and the web layout isn't user-friendliest on all devices. Plus, there are minor scrolling issues to be fixed.
