I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up an email form on my WordPress website using Gmail as the email service provider. The form should have conditional logic functionality and a customized design to match my website's branding. Additionally, I would like the form to be integrated with Mailchimp for easy mailing list management.
All intergration is complete but having issues sending a reply email to individuals who filled out the form, The reply email must come from a existing email.
