Email marketing

I need an email set up for word press website. I have set up a welcome email and an email for new listings submitted. I have signed up for MailChimp but don't know how to set it up, so the email automation in the website has been set up with a plug in from WordPress, but I am not happy with it. Also I need an automated email set up, that will be sent to every new user after they signed up for my website and submit their listing/ profile. The email will request a review for trustpilot/ Google of how easy was to use the website.
