Elementor expert to fix margins on 22 language multi-lingual website

We recently had our website translated into 22 languages. During this process, some design elements shifted around on our website on mobile and tablet views. Our website is built in elementor, and most things just need margins adjusted to match our main English homepage.
We used WPML to translate our website, and each of the pages will need individually adjusted. As far as we know, there is no easy way to take the adjustments from one page and transfer them to other languages.
You will need to adjust MOBILE and TABLET views in elementor to fix all the pages on our website in 22 languages. This is a tedious job.
You CANNOT add or replace any text on the website! Anything removed or changed will affect the translations of the rest of the website.
You must understand this very clearly. You are just adjusting margins and making things look correct for TABLET and MOBILE.
