Elementor block, slider vertical with animation and titles accumulation

I need a Wordpress developer, specialized in Elementor, to make me a block today that I can import into my personal project.
That block will be a vertical slider, in which the slides can be images or some text and they have to be moved with the mouse scroll. The movement will be up or down, depending on how you scroll.
