Elementor Wordpress Templates with Dynamic Content

I'm looking for an experienced website designer to create a series of modern and responsive Elementor Wordpress templates for my website. Specifically, I need 4 templates - Home, Content, Affiliate, and Contact.
The design must include dynamic and interactive elements in the site. These should be used to enhance user experience, encourage user engagement, and showcase the site's content in an appealing way. These elements include but are not limited to:
- Video background
- Mouse over buttons
Ideal freelancer for this project should have:
