a). I have just published my site and the handburger menu on mobile and tablet is not showing the drop down for the "General Dentistry" and "Cosmetic Dentistry" mega menus
b). Also there is a design flaw on the homepage, it should be showing arched profiles but is showing square
c) The homepage header image and menu is not showing full width
