WP/Elementor Menu Layout Fix

I'm encountering layout issues with my WordPress/Elementor menu.
Menu is displaying on the whole website but not home page, I had it displaying on the home with transparency over the image.
I don't remember how I did it 4 years ago...
I tried to go through display conditions but didn't fixed...
Ideal skills for this project include:
