Elementor Form Expert

Looking for a developer who is an expert with Elementor Pro forms to add code so that only fields with content are emailed to the recipient. The developer needs to be an expert with Elementor Pro and the change needs to be done in either a plugin or in a child theme, I do not want core files changing. Preferably need to see examples of your work and if you have a solution, an example I can test.
