Elementor Custom Post Type Design with ACF Field

Looking for a expert in creating Single Custom Post type design with ACF. I want the field on the page to be dynamic and be able to link these field to its respective pages.
For Example Field : Estimated Occupancy : 2021 (there should be a page for 2021 and the field should be clickable and when click should take me to a page where all items will be displayed which have a relationship with 2021.
