Job Title: Platform Manager/ Arabic speaker
Job Description:
Manage and operate the educational platform efficiently and professionally, ensuring content quality, monitoring teachers and students, and resolving daily technical and operational issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Educational Content Management
• Review courses before publishing and ensure the accuracy of information and quality of videos and files.
• Ensure content is appropriate and free from any offensive or illegal material.
• Update or modify lessons as needed.
2. Teacher Management
• Train new teachers on using the platform.
• Monitor content uploads and resolve any issues during lesson or test uploads.
• Evaluate teacher performance and provide guidance to improve content quality.
3. Student Management
• Monitor student registration and resolve login/payment issues.
• Track student engagement and progress within courses.
4. Platform & Technical Management
• Update WordPress and platform plugins.
• Monitor server performance and platform security.
• Ensure smooth file and video uploads and handle any technical glitches.
5. Marketing & Sales (Optional)
• Connect courses with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize conversions.
6. Financial & Analytics Management
• Track platform revenue and teachers’ shares.
• Prepare periodic reports on student, teacher, and course performance.
7. Daily Technical Support
• Resolve basic technical issues for students and teachers.
• Coordinate with external technical support if needed.
Required Skills:
• Practical knowledge of WordPress and Tutor LMS Pro.
• Ability to manage teachers, content, and students effectively.
• Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel).
• Sensitivity to content quality and appropriateness.
• Ability to solve daily technical problems.
• Must know Arabic (reading and writing).
