Edit, Add, Upload 80 MP3's In Woocommerce Music Website

We are editing audio playlist and a premium music theme called "Decibel" (See Decibel demo audio player: https://preview.wolfthemes.live/decibel/release/protectlab)
We can pay $30 (MAXIMUM) for these tasks
We have 5 albums in our music store. Each album has 12 to 15 songs. We need to do the following edits so that customers can purchase songs or the full albums directly from the audio player playlist via PayPal.
1. Configure about 70 to 80 "add to cart" buttons in our audio player playlist. So when "add to cart" button is clicked the song is added straight into the woocommerce shopping cart. A Developer started working on this, but was not doing it correctly.
2. Upload and configure 70 to 80 full length mp3's, so that after purchase the songs can be delivered via woocommerce digital download.
3. Add 5 "Buy Full Album" buttons, So customer can buy the full album instead of individual songs in the playlist
4. Upload and configure 5 full albums zip files, so that after purchase the albums can be delivered via woocommerce digital download.
5. Test everything in PayPal sandbox
6. Update all out of date plugins in Admin dashboard area
7. Backup website using "All In One WP Migration" plugin (Already installed)
