Ecommerce Website Management/Maintenance/Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello,
Need a person to mantain a ecommerce website. This would be a permanent job, can be first part time later full time. It is a new site, so in the begginig it will not have many visitors. Looking for a person or a tema that has a good knoledge in Managing wordpress/woocommerce platforms.
Need skills:
1- Handling Live Chat (sometime customers will ask questions)
2- Website Mail Support/Configuration (one time setup)
3- WhatsApp Chat (sometime customers will ask questions)
4- Order monitoring and reporting (check on orders and send info for delivery team)
5- Wordpress website edits/improvements (from time to time)
6- Manging Payment Plugins/configuring (crypto/bank) (one time, and sometime maintain)
7- Hosting Setup for wordpress site and doamains (one time)
So,basically from time to time will need to edit/configure some wordpress plugins, make sure mail works and other things that can pop up for a wordpress site to run smoothly. Most of the time and future is mainly support and monitoring orders.
Not looking for senior developers, it is a simple ecommerce website so middle level or starting developer can work as a side job and look over this ecommerce website.
