10 sliders (from 0 to 100%) on a single page (user click up or down): color of the slider change. Back of the page is a jpeg
When the user validates the page (validate button on the bottom of the page),a popup appears, asking name, firstname, email (and ok button).
Data (results of sliders) are sent by mail (to the administrator)
IMPORTANT: a google Sheet is filled with user info (name, firstname, email) + data (sliders results)
