Duplicating a WP site and adding certain details

This is a reposting of a project, as some essential details were wrong in the original one. Please accept my apologies.
Creating a duplicate of a www.terapiatalonoste.fi, which is created with WP (flexer theme). The site is only in Finnish, so please use google translate. Please don't make an offer unless you can make an exact duplicate.
We will do the translations to the languages we need (pls check that the original language-file exists in .txt for all possible plugins) and other modifications to the layout. Video conferencing plugin is needed (all data needs to stay on our server and domain within EU, so no zoom, unless with a built-in-plugin, url-masking and the data stays on our server).
Multiple users (needs to support an unlimited amount), each with their own personal scheduling (video and/or physical appointments must be separate choices for clients when scheduling an appointment) and admin (user admin can only edit their personal data, whereas superadmins need to be able to change all users' data). Users must be searchable by different parameters (e.g. category, location, languages, sex, physical and/or video appointments offered, etc). Users' personal pages must be standard, even if they enter the info themselves. Video greeting needed on each user's personal page. All users also need their own google maps location on their user page.
Payment gateway add-on needed (client searches for a suitable user, client schedules an appointment - either video or physical - with a specific user on the website, client receives a "confirmation needed" email and a link to payment, confirmation to both client and user only after payment, video appointment doesn't open unless payment is done). The payment gateway is shared between the users, but we need to able to check which user is entitled to what sum e.g. once or twice a month or once a week. Other statistics welcome as well in user's admin panel. Super admin panel needs to be able to check and edit any data from any user.
Please respect the budget within reasonable limits. Offers like "2500 USD" will be discarded without checking. I'm quite familiar with WP, css, and more, but this is a project for which we will hire an outside coder in order to be able to proceed with our project on multiple levels simultaneously.
Also, if you request a total payment as a milestone, you will not be working with this project. We're very prepared to pay milestones, but according to progress only - this we have learned to be the safest for us as well as for the coder/designer.
The chosen coder will have priority when additional modules are needed in the future.
