Divi home page development + page speed optimization, (we already have the design)

hello talented Divi developers. We have our homepage design. (pls refer to attachment)
we will need your help to build up the page with Divi. the psd files with individual layers will be provided. You should not be taking any shortcuts but to build it base on the correct way as specific by divi, pls ensure that everything can be animated as specify by divi.
most importantly, the site should be responsive to handle device of different size. we should be able to test with any weird sizes and it should still look good.
Also, they must be small file size, that pass google page speed test.
