Display names in Scrolling Fashion like news ticker

I have a WordPress site that pulls names from CSV files on the server. The names are being displayed using a jQuery that is visible then disappears after 10 seconds. Then a new set of names are being displayed using a loop. Instead of names appearing then disappears I want the names in a scrolling fashion from the bottom up like a news ticker. I can give you the URL of the dev site when I award the project.
