Discord Bot Specialist with WordPress experience

Summary

I want to develop a method (app/plugin/bot) to fetch discord invite links posted in any discord channel visible to the user, and post it to a Wordpress website.

Notes

- The bot must be a “self-bot” through the user’s account with no admin rights to the channel from which discord invite links would be fetched

- Another freelancer already built me a bot that automatically posts to wordpress ALL messages posted on a discord channel that I select. But I lost the code.


- He did it by fetching messages from any discord channel visible to user > forwarding these messages to a discord server created by the user > forwarding these messages from the user discord server to wordpress

Description

1 User can select which discord channel to fetch discord invite links from

2 User must be in the discord channel (channel visible to user)

3 The bot identifies every message in that channel that contains a discord invite link

4 The bot fetches the discord server name + profile pic + description (if available) from the invite link

5 The bot creates a Wordpress post with the server name as title and the server profile pic

6 The bot posts the discord invite links in the Wordpress post

7 Frequency is to be determined by you… not really critical

8 All discord invites for the same discord server must be posted in the same WP post (no duplicate posts for the same server)
