Diet comparison Wordpress website

Build a Wordpress listing comparison website that compares diets by listed food items. On home page User can select 3 diets to compare side-by-side. Each diet will show whether each food item is Allowed (green); Not Allowed (red); Caution (yellow). Search by food item; food category; diet author; diet book; dietition listing.
Would like site built using Elementor/Crocoblock. I will furnish these plug-ins. Designer needs to be experienced in using Crocoblock JetEngine, listings, search filters, glossaries, and comparisons.
Front-end capability for users to subscribe to listing plans using Paypal payment method.
