Developer custom WordPress themes

I'm looking for frontend WordPress developers. The themes that are needed to developed are based on Advanced Custom fields (WordPress plugin) in combination with WordPress.

I'm using Sketch to create the design of the website, based on this design i'm looking for a fronted developer who translate this to a custom responsive WordPress theme. The variable fields in the graphic design should be linked to Advanced custom fields within WordPress.

The theme should be easy to manage, be fully responsive, clean coded, well documented and work on most known browsers and versions.
