Developer API Database not fully Uploading

We installed Smith Distributor (API) to integrate it with Personalized-pc.com WordPress - Woo commerce Site
For some reason only a small portion about first (100) or one-page of the Total (10,700) database Uploaded.
We need the Full Database to be upload overwriting any of the old products that exist right now. Thank you
