Develop a product customizer with a live preview for Woocommerce.

I'm looking for someone able to develop a product customizer for Woocommerce like this one on the link: https://www.mapiful.com/fr/lineart-editor/#/ .
There are five tabs options: You can watch them with the images joined to the message. Please let me know what you think and how we could proceed. I'm looking forward to hearing you:
Tab 1: Let the customers choose their design via a template
Tab 2: Let the customer change the text, design, and background color Tab 3: To change the element's position on the canvas?
Tab 4: Provide Text input for adding personalized text over the design
Tab 5: Let the customer choose the size option for the final product.
Once customization finished, the customer will be redirected to the Woocommerce's cart to validate his order.
All the elements could be managed via the WordPress backend so that I could change add template design and get the final customer image too.
