Develop Wordpress website from PSD file

I am looking for a WordPress developer to convert my PSD file into a fully functional WordPress website. I already have hosting and domain set up. I have a list of specific plugins and functionalities that I need for the website. I do not require ongoing website maintenance and updates after completion as I can handle it myself.
