I'm looking for someone who can transform our manual customer onboarding process into Mailchimp.
Tasks:
1.Setup two onboarding processes (we service two market segments)
2. Design emails in Mailchimp (or similar) for various stages of the process
3. Design the forms and integrate with current Wordpress website
4. Automate distribution of enquiries to different departments based on specific selection criteria
5. Setup monitoring/management of lead process and reminder prompts
6. Ensure lead tracking and data collection
7. Design landing pages as needed
