Re-do Design/UI for my Wordpress website

I’m looking for a Wordpress designer to redesign my Wordpress website. The functionality is there, I just need the looks(design) changed. I need it to look more professional and user friendly. I’m ok with using templates/themes but if you do, please show them to me before doing so, that way I can approve it and you can go ahead and install the template/theme.

My website is an SAAS Online Booking Platform. Website will be provided when you contact me with your interests.

1. Redesign the website, just the looks.
2. Add containers where ads(advertisements) can be placed.
