Design Elementor Pro + wordpress healthcare recruitment agency website

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a professional website for my healthcare recruitment agency using Elementor Pro and WordPress. The primary goal of the website is to attract healthcare employers, so it should have a clean and modern design that appeals to this audience.
I am open to suggestions for the colour scheme and style of the website, but it should be consistent with our branding. The website should be easy to navigate and provide clear information about our agency and services.
I am looking for an experienced WordPress ELEMENTOR designer. , I need someone who can build up a WordPress page using Elementor Pro and CSS ONLY, no other plugins. I have elementor pro already installed.
I am open to suggestions regarding the design and layout of the site. The site must be fully responsive and done using elementor flexbox container. I will incorporate the form as they are already designed. Just few pages are needed, About us, Services, Contact Us, client registration and Candidate registration
The ideal candidate for this project will have experience designing websites for healthcare recruitment agencies and be proficient in Elementor Pro and WordPress. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with me to ensure that the website meets my needs and expectations.
