Debugging Woocommerce website - empty shopping card

Hi there, I am looking for someone who can make an analysis of a wordpress website with woocommerce where the shopping card occasionally remains empty after adding different products. The shop part runs on Woocommerce. Sometimes this goes well, sometimes it doesn't. The site is built with the Enfold theme and contains several plugins. (see attachment). I can send the debug.log on request. The caching is disabled at the server level, but the problem still persists. Advanced knowledge of woocommerce and caching is a must.
