Debug and optimize performance Wordpress+Woocommerce website

We want to improve WordPress + woocommerce site performance

we attach a text card with GT Matrix
We need to reach at minimum a "B" at Gtmetrix
plugins optimization/caching are already rpesent, plus the site is cnnected with cloudflare and use Litespeed cache, so we believe that the problem is to be found in other areas, for example:
- links that are no longer active within the code
-duplication of requests relating to database query problems (for example, two identical plugins appear in the plugin list ( affiliateWp)
-orphan objects
From the test, in the Waterfall section, it also emerges that used to manage chat bots slow down the user experience heavily, but (from our tests) even without the chat bot the problem of the slowness continuing to exist.
Also backend side seems to be slow (also if workable and with no errors).
We use a "reseller" hosting of good quality, in fact other Wp sites hosted on the same server have better loading times, so we are quite certain that the problem is related to this installation
We will provide admin access to Wp and hosting CPanel to investigate deeply
