Data extraction and placement in my wordpress

https://epublandia.com/ , it is the one I want to scrappe, it is a basic website, I only need image, title, categories, description and tags and to upload it to my wordpress and leave a cronjob reviewed in search of new content every 24 hours.
I would be: Extract the content from page 1 to 4 and then leave the cronjob reviewing page 1 to 2 every 24 hours and if there is new content extract it, the content must be entered into mo wordpress and left in a draft state.
PS: there is a category that is years and I want the title to be like that if possible. title example (2023) If you can do it tell me price and time
