Daily scrape a site, post data inside member only Wordpress site

I have a membership based wordpress site and I would like to create a job board in the member only section. I want a process that will automatically scrape a public site every day and post that data in the member site. The initial process will retrieve hundreds of items, but on a daily basis I expect only two or three items.
Each job that we scrape needs to have a job ID assigned to it; otherwise, the original data is sufficient.
Provision must also be made to allow manual job post creations within the site in addition to what has been scraped.
