Dad Blog Creation & Setup

I have bought a template for WordPress for making a "dad blog" where I write about parenting, local events, etc

I just don't know how to make it work. I'm terrible at this stuff

I am looking for someone to help me set up the blog, minimally customize it, and help me understand SEO stuff.

I hope you are: patient, knowledgeable on WordPress templates, and have a background in Google ads etc.
