We have a website that we were working on and it needs to be:
1. fix some issues (issues list you will find on Google Drive). Most of them are simple like font not compatible with design or bad image resolution, etc.;
2. migrate the rest content following SEO instructions;
3. test website speed (index, service, industries pages). Improve page speed and solve all necessary problems to get not less than 91% Performance MOBILE AND DESKTOP score. Also, please check the attached Lighthouse reports because all other scores can't be less than on reports.
4. Configure the server and move the completed project.
We need someone trustworthy and experienced in WordPress, GITLAB, and SEO knowledge.
SEO tasks will be completed by our INTERNAL TEAM member.

Specific features required for the WordPress website include:
* We have a WordPress website that is built using Elementor https://circletranslations.com/, which slows down our website and is hurting our performance. The new one https://test.circletranslations.com/ is re-done using custom coding (PHP, CSS, JS), and ACF.
* Website is SEO optimized, so experience with SEO is essential, as all the content and on-page SEO has
to migrate to a new page, as well as the interlinking and other relative tasks.
* It has to be built with a focus on SEO and PERFORMANCE (LCP, FCP, etc.) that includes mobile and
desktop as well.
* Website is localized into 4 languages besides English
* We would also want suggestions on how to further improve our website
* In total, there are around 200 pages. They need to be migrated. Also, we have a bunch of GTM events that track our website users' clicks.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Need someone who is dependable, adheres to deadlines, and has awesome communication skills
EXPERIENCE with VPS and Cloud hosting is ESSENTIAL.
All code should be pushed to the Gitlab repository. All requirements and tasks will be handled via Gitlab
The website has to be done without using any builder, ONLY custom code is an absolute requirement.
