Customize Wordpress Website , Integrate payments , and Fix some bugs .

My website is podcastcoversart.com which is a dropservicing website . I want someone to integrate payment system as I deal with clients from US , UK,etc . apart from payment I need a questionnaire form with image inputs and some bugs in cart page needs to be fixed .
