Customize a Wordpress Plugin and add my features.

Guy, i need someone who can customize a WP plugin - adding the features i need.

I need to add 3 features:
#1 - Adding option to upload an image on to the tshirt.(front of tshirt)
#2 - Adding option to Type name, and select font (back of tshirt)
#3 - Adding option to Select (or type) a 2 digit number, and select font (for back of the shirt)
Notes about our products and things we will use in this plugin:
- Our products are sport shirts.
- We will have 2 or 3 views... (Front, Back + Maybe Side)
