Customize my Wordpress Elementor Header to show real-time notifications (see attachment)

Photoshopped examples of the exact header i want is attached so you can know exactly what i want

My elementor header needs Real time Alerts for buddyboss
Remember Elementor has a desktop, tablet and mobile mode (see attachments)

1) New Messages
2) New Alerts
3) New Events
4) Voice Message Alert

number 1 and 2 above will be the only notifications active...

number 3 & 4 will just be icons .. you will not have to do anything with those
