Below are some more details regarding my project.
I will start explaining what I am having now in the following steps.
1- As of now, the system supports sending WhatsApp notifications when a new entry is submitted using the WPNotif plugin.
2- WPNotif doesn't support steps that are made by gravity flow so, I can't send a WhatsApp notification before or after a certain step.
3- Twilio Add-on support step and it can be added at any certain step but it doesn't support WhatsApp messages.
So, the requirements to customizeTwilio add-on to make it able to do the main feature which is:
- Ability to send WhatsApp messages.
One more thing, it is preferable to add a button within the entry to give the ability to resend a notification to the client with a limit (example: resend the notification one time every 3 days and the date when the last notification has been sent).
