Customize Woocommerce Product & Cart

Hi! I'm doing a contact lens prescription website on Woocommerce. However, I would like to customize in a way that the prescription for left and right are different and will require 2 quantity fields in a single product.
If user choose prescription for both eyes, then in cart, it will show as 2 rows with the details of their prescription. I've attached an image for a better understanding.
