Customize Printing Wordpress/Woocommerce Plugin

I need a wordpress plugin developed in JavaScript, which is compatible to woocommerce. This Plugin will be used in a Printing Text Website. The users(Customers) will access this plugin and the user should be able to select the 1)font Text, 2) Color, 3) Size+height of text in cm , 4) Price, 5) Quantity, 6) Add to card, 7)Check out.
After the Users(Customers) place the orders, we should be able to receive the orders in woocommerce and our Email.
And it should be developed in French. Please refer to the excel file for more details
