Customised Pricing Break Down - Wordpress/Woocommerce

Hi Have an e-commerce website www.trophyhub.com.au I am having issues finding a good pricing break down calculator, If you have a look on the trophy Trophy Hub site
the current trophy break down is great for when ordering one trophy type whether you order 1 unit or multiply however when a client orders several different trophies the calculator only prices the engraving breakdown for each product. Below is a brief of what I would like to achieve.
The engraving break down should essentially be for all trophies a client orders for eg:
If client orders
10 x LA005, 10 x P210A & 10 x VP11A this is 30 trophies and should include free engraving as over 21 trophies carries free engraving.
This is per category not across all products.
For EG;
If client order 22 x Sports trophy and 2 x Corporate Awards (The engraving for the sports trophies should be free however the engraving on the Corporate award should be charge for the break down of 2 awards). Hope this makes sense.
