Customise woocomerce 3 different payment methods emails

My website has 3 different payment options and each payment option will have a different set of instructions. I need to be able to send different instructions in the "order processing email depending on what payment option customer selects.
I also need to customise the design of the emails. Very basic design will be the same for each.
