Custom theme setting page for woodmart theme.

I have wp ultimo and woodmart theme. What I want to do, is to make a custom theme setting page, where the customer is able to:
- Change website logo and favicon
- Change all colors of the website ( same setting as the theme ). ALL OPTIONS!!
- Change slider images and links.
- Add / Edit footer text and payment image as well as text colors.
- Show/Hide mobile bottom menu.
- (Page title and breadcrumbs) Color/image background.
- Products display options.
- Category display options.
