Custom plugin development for WordPress / Woocommerce

Looking to have a custom plugin developed for WordPress / Woocommerce. It needs to create a custom text field on Woocommerce page and when you type into it, it overlays that text onto the product image. Ideally there should be a second custom text box that would have a selection of fonts, which also change the font of the overlayed text.
