Custom coding on a Wordpress prebuilt theme using Elementor and CSS

****I removed the previous project because I realized once I placed the word SEO in the title and bookmarks we were getting flooded with SEO agencies. This is NOT the primary focus of the job. This is a build and deploy project that requires a solid grasp of coding and design.****
We have a premade theme that needs some outside assistance for setup and design change. This could be a long term project if the right candidate is hired.
You need to have a solid grasp for design - flow - and troubleshooting.
Setup of Stripe - PayPal - Google Maps API is necessary as well as payment options.
Working through AnyDesk is mandatory for certain aspects.
Ideally, we would LOVE to find someone who has worked with the theme WP Rentals as it will make the learning curve shorter. At the end of the project, we should have a fully functioning website that has GREAT GT and Web.Dev scores, is easy to navigate and LOOKS professional.
You should have a solid (excellent) grasp of Ajax, CSS, Elementor and SEO requirements.
Our candidate will also be able to work with us on CST (Midwest America timezone)
