Custom built LMS

We already have an LMS (built with Moodle), but would like a custom built LMS that is user friendly and easy to use (for both admin and user). It needs to be easy to maintain/update.

Features we require:

SCORM compliant courses
Put students into groups for reporting (e.g. one client with multiple users)
Reporting for all user access/progress of courses
Inbuilt authoring tool for creating courses
Progress tracking
Exam/test functionality for students to pass at the end of a course
Automatic certificate generation
Email notifications (new user, reminders, follow up emails etc)
Integration with WordPress/WooCommerce
White label (if we wanted to create a duplicate for a client to re-brand it to their brand)
Mobile friendly
Can upload/show PDF, Excel, Word, MP4 and ZIP files
Assignment / coursework grading (so a teacher can pass/fail a student on their work manually)
Course access duration (some courses we provided 30 days - 12 months access)

We can provide access to our current Moodle website, to give you an idea of what we're using already and what can be improved.
