Custom Wordpress plugins to integrate with CRM/ATS platforms

Job ID: 37525434

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

We're looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to build a pair of re-usable plugins (ie can be installed on multiple Wordpress websites) that enables the site to integrate with popular CRM platforms and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). A list of required integrations is given below.

Plugin 1: Licensing plugin
Plugin 2: CRM/ATS integration plugin

The Wordpress websites will be built with WP Job Manager as the core job management platform, and will have a typical plugin stack that includes: Elementor Pro and Gravity Forms, amongst others. We will consider additional plugins to support the plugin's functionality, as required. These should be discussed with us prior to including in the plugin's specification.

The plugin (plugin 2) should have the capability to be activated with the use of a licence code which will be controlled and managed from a central web platform (plugin 1). The licence code may be deactivated at any time on plugin 1, which should deactivate the plugin on the associated (client) site (plugin 2). There therefore needs to be periodic checks back to the licence code control site to ensure the licence code is active.

Required functionality for plugin 1

- Ability to define licence codes (randomly generated codes with 24 digits) and assign them to a URL (for a client site).
- Ability to activate/deactivate licence codes for client sites.
- Licence codes should be associated with a client record, which should include the following editable fields: client name, client company name, client email address, activation date, active/inactive checkbox, licence code, and any other fields as required or recommended.

Required functionality for plugin 2

- Receive job posts from the CRM/ATS and add them as new job posts in WP Job Manager
- The job posts have a standard set of required information which should be collected from the CRM/ATS - including job title, job description, job location, job salary/rate, job category, job type,
- Update, edit/remove jobs
- Take applications from the website via the WP Job Manager apply functionality and
- Configuring integration with CRMs and ATS platforms should be specific to the client site, typically requiring usernames and passwords, or some other form of identification as required by the originating platform.
- Plugin should be well-designed, and will require admin features to input API details for the relevant CRM or ATS platforms, and where appropriate map fields from WP Job Manager and/or Gravity Forms to the relevant fields required for the CRM or ATS.

The plugins should be well-designed visually, so that they are aesthetically pleasing, with clear navigation and structure, and with the ability to customise the branding or client interface.
