Custom Wordpress panel for WooCommerce

I building custom ecommerce with WooCommerce for my clients, but I want to offer another simple and faster option.
I want a custom complete panel with my own design that is divided into:
● View my store (link to the index page)
● Customize my store:
- Name of the store
- Upload the logo
- Change color of the header and general details
- Add contact phone (showing on header and footer)
- Add WhatsApp (showing on header and footer)
- Add email (showing on header and footer)
- Options to allow o disable add to cart and "Buy on WhatsApp" button
- Change text of before header navigation like "Min $50 for free shipping"
- Facebook (add link to icon in header and footer)
- Instagram (add link to icon in header and footer)
- Show or hide credit cards logos on footer
- Show or hide shipping methods logos on footer
- Option to show 1 column or 2 on mobile devices
● Images for slider at home page
- Add a simple section who provides upload their own images, this can work with Smart Slider 3 for example (attached image)
● My orders (show the orders of WooCommerce)
● Add a new product (show the section to add new product)
● View my products (section to see all the products)
● Manage categories (category section)
● Discount coupons (coupons section)
● Payment methods (WooCommerce payment methods section)
● Shipping methods (WooCommerce shipping methods section)
● My user (users section)
● Tutorials (just a linkable page who provides the tutorials about the use of the store)

I will attached some images with my idea (is a real project, but is not mine, I want some similar)

I want to do for now one e-commerce template with elementor, it means that the system that I will sell provides this simple panel for easy using for my clients and the template that I will create. The panel customization needs to be compatible with the template, I think that there is no problem with that.
