Custom Wordpress Site Pages from Layouts in Adobe

I have a website which needs custom templates added to it. The sites CSS and theme are already completed. You will just need to be adding in mobile responsive pages that are already designed in graphics. You must be able to take the Photoshop files and create the page. Pages use wordpress base theme, php, css, jquery. Data for the pages is created with ACF PRO templates so you must be able to use that plugin.
