Custom Wordpress Post Type

Hey there! I have a table (~ 60 cells) in a word document that I want to transform into a custom post type using a custom mu-plugin. The wordpress admin will be able to login to the website and create new posts based on this custom post type. Good communication and attention to detail are very important.
